Our dance troupe was established in 1995 under the direction of a young couple from Greece with the sole purpose of providing the young Greek and Greek-Americans of our community an opportunity to partake in their glorious heritage through the art of dance. In the years that followed, our small group blossomed into a large family of dancers hailing from all over the greater Houston-Galveston area. This prosperity has brought with it a new goal for our organization: the pursuit of perfection in the recreations of traditional Greek dances and the exposition of cultural events and will endeavor at all times to promote Hellenism. To that end, we have performed at numerous cultural and educational events throughout the Houston-Galveston area.

The Olympians have expanded their repertoire of dances to provide showcase performances of traditional as well as contemporary Greek Dances. These performances are enhanced by the use of colorful, hand tailored Greek costumes which bring a fresh and exciting flavor to these already breathtaking dances.
